Koers & Vaart is specialized in leadership training, team training and communication training.

As an entrepeneur or manager you do not always have someone in your close vicinity that can give you objective feedback about how you function or how to set and reach your goals. Sometimes you want to reflect on issues regarding your work as a manager, sometimes the focus is more on your personal objectives and goals. We work together with an extensive network of experienced coaches who can help you to set and reach your goals. Our trainers and coaches are DISC certified.
